Early Life and Career

Azam Khan was born on August 20, 1978, in Karachi, Pakistan. He made his first-class debut at the age of 17 in 1995, and soon became one of the most promising young batsmen in the country. Khan played for various domestic teams throughout his career, including Karachi Blues, Habib Bank Limited, and Islamabad United.

International Career

Khan made his international debut for Pakistan in 1996, playing a single Test match against England. He scored 42 runs in his only innings, but failed to cement his place in the national team. Khan also played six One-Day Internationals for Pakistan, scoring 138 runs at an average of 23.

Later Career and Retirement

After his brief international career, Khan continued to play domestic cricket for several years. He retired from all forms of cricket in 2015, having played over 200 matches at various levels. Khan is now a successful cricket commentator and analyst.
